this probely the wrong forum to post it but i would be nice if there was a funtion that allowed costum emiticons in msn display names

This won't be put into Messenger Plus! ever, simply because of server loads, the amount of custom emoticons that are used would have to be downloaded onto everybodies computers, taking up bandwith which is necessary for a 'smooth ride' in MSN Messenger.

The servers wouldn't allow such a major amount of Custom Emoticon traffic, everybody would use them in names, therefore, constant downloading would be required, a strain on the MSN servers.

Furthermore, IF this is added, it is not up to Messenger Plus! to do it. It would be MSN Messenger itself that needs to add it.
