I wanna recieve money from members of my board how do I do that with pay pal and what do they need?

Simply press the "Request" tab in your main menu of paypal.com, for them to give you money, all they need is a paypal account or a credit card.

Oh, and if they have paypal, you can just request that they send the cash to the email address that you registered to paypal with.
