why is it i can only access my site if i type in http://localhost.

but if i type in the address that i had before, that should be all setup, i set it up about 1 week ago, and now i can use the address hat i would normally use.

the addresthat i normally use is in my signature.

do you have a dynamic ip?

i am not sure what that is?

all i know is that i have these: i have a linksys router, and i use no-ip.com
