RE: Boot screen???
Go into "Control Panel --> System --> Advanced". Under "Startup and Recovery" select "Settings" and then click the "Edit" button.

Or

Go into "Tools --> Folder Options --> View" and deselect "Hide protected operating system files". Press OK, then go to the primary drive and open boot.ini.

Then remove the code for the corrupt boot info.

Note: If you do not know what you are doing please do not do this. Also if there is a second install of windows and it is corrupt you may wish to remove it.

Your computer will not boot properly.
Work out which entry is corrupt and only remove that, otherwise in the "Startup and Recovery" settings you can choose not to show a boot screen and select one operating system to always start.
