I was faced a situation, where I needed to know, what was the last IP (domain), I logged in. So, is there already some plugin that could allow to permit it? Anyway, is this possible?

Such information (if there really is) must be saved in Microsoft's own .net messenger service server, I suppose...and that's not what a plug-in can access.

What do you need this function for? Maybe we can find other solutions

I just wondered, if someone knows your password and signs in with your passport, then you'll atleast know, where it was signed in. Luckyly, I haven't experienced this problem

Actually though, like banks and forums have a 'Last Signed In' time, Messenger should too, especially for those who's Passport is Hotmail.
