O.P. File Transfer Block

Does anybody know the reg key or anything of how to get rid of this? some code? I want to implement it into my msn app im making.

Contact TheBlasphemer whose StuffPlug has such function too. Basically it's built-in with MSN Messenger and can not easily turned off by modifying registry.

wtbw's reply to Msn doesn't let me receive any pics may be of your interest too
