When I change my name or personal message in MSN Messenger 7, it sometimes doesn't save. It changes though.

So when I restart the pc and go on MSN Messenger, it still has the old name.
This happens with Nickname and Personal Message.

This didn't use to happen.

Also, the option in Windows Media Player Tools > Plug-ins > MSN Messenger Music Plugin doesn't save. I have to tick it every time I go my pc.

The nickname should change and stay changed, as it's updated on the server. The PSM doesn't appear to have this server-side storage though, so if MSN crashes or you exit it forcefully, it doesn't save the PSM.
If you want to make sure the PSM is saved, at some random time, sign out and back in again. It's the only way I've found of getting round it.
