Crap i uninstalled it yesterday :S what do i do to make sure not damage is done to my pc :S

I download it yesterday, uninstalled it 10 minutes later, but the bug didn't occur!

Does this mean I am lucky *-).....?

If you didn't noticed a change you probably are lucky too :p

Yeh my os is windows xp home but i can say i DO NOT trust this program again because of this.

Got the same problem. I did start -> run -> msconfig and ran down all the programs in the list and checked if they booted.
I think the keys will be restored if you disable and then re-enable the start-when-windows-starts option.

Well i have had one normal boot so do you think i'm off the hook? Also why is it messing with those entires anyway?

it tried to remove its own startup entry, but for some reason it seems to delete them all

that's not a bug, thats an unexpected feature

It's really given it a bad name and being on mess.be many of thousands would have it by now :S

I bet the installer isn't using the right methods to find and delete the correct entry.

YEP it deleted the run in current user, im never using msgdiscovery again, wasnt to pleased with it before, i thought this would be good but i guess i was wrong :undecided:
