Select make a poll check box near the bottom

There, then choose how many options and click to continue then you'll get asked to fill the info in

yea i saw all that, but wheres continue(i must sound like such a noob)

Not at all - you click the "Post Thread"

Then the Poll options will appear

Okay when you fill in your post and click Post Thread You will then get this screen:



Fill it in then click Post Poll

now for your sig after you posted the thread just add it in the post.

EDIT:

this should be added to the F.A.Q [well usually forums have one but I dunno where this one is...
