Ok i have tried so many different virus scans and they found some viruses but it still hasnt solved the problem..everytime i am on msn talking to someone when i type a word it will crash my whole pc at random times though i dont know what to do i have installed msn again but still the same can anyone help me please?

i think the viruses. some viruses it's hard to delete. scan again and see if you have viruses and write the name of the virus

Though don't go chaning stuff without making sure you know what you're doing.

Start in safe mode and get rid of them and reinstall msn then tell us the results
