Anche con centinaia di caratteristiche, Plus! ha una sola finestra di configurazione, rinnovata completamente in Plus! 3 per semplificarne l'uso da parte degli utenti. In ogni caso, Messenger Plus! permette ANCEH di accedere alle funzioni con comandi scritti mentre si conversa, combinazioni di tasti e menù contestuali.
