I've scanned my system with AD-AWARE and its found lot of critical objects for Messenger plus,[3.54]

its detrimental  or  harmless?

Did you install the sponsor? If so, that's what Ad-aware is detecting. If you wish to remove it, just use Messenger Plus!'s entry in Add/Remove Programs.

And don't worry, the sponsor program is harmless

No i didn't install the sponsor,i know its harmless im always using this program,but whats mean CRITICAL OBJECTS? its about safety-related?

In that case, it's a false detection on the part of Ad-aware.
Can you provide a few details on what it's flagged?

Ok,next time i'll write with details,when ı scan..but every critical objects about a registry,[msg plus]

I just ran a scan with the latest version of Ad-Aware SE and it found nothing (which is normal as there's nothing to find if the psonsor is not installed).
