i was just wondering whether there was a plugin available that would change my DP every 15 seconds or something

There isn't because of the bandwidth this would suck up, especially for dial-up users for whom a DP would take 15-30 seconds to download in the first place.

It's not a plugin though, but an addon (you don't need plus for it).
