Does "Patch A" offer all the things that mess.be offers?

A-Patch? That's a piece of software used to patch MSN messenger.
mess.be is a site that links to stuff for messenger, I don't think you can compare them.

there's also a patch that mess.be offers. That's what i'm referring to.
