could you make it so that the tabs close on middle click also or an option to select what button closes them?
U mean pressing down the scroll ball ?? Some pp dont have the scroll ball and/or the 3rd button (old mice)
What then ?? rt click and close ??

RE: Preview of What's to Come
This new feature is awesome!!!!
I have a suggestion for a different feature that I think can be implemented in the next version.
The suggestion is if we right-click a contact and the contact have in the name an URL we can open it in a browser... most of the features to open links of the names we need to be in conversation with that person...
I already try to sugest this but all the persons told me that maybe just Patchou can do it, and i think that he don't saw this sugestion... so I hope that this time he see it
Sorry for poor English

WOW! I'm clearly impressed patchou
Keep up the EXCELLENT work!
And please try to incorporate most of the suggestions, they all sound really nice and not everyone has to use every one of them, you can make any of the options optional
P.S. Try to enjoy your summer

RE: Preview of What's to Come
I'd like to be able to define my own groups for custom sounds. Instead of splitting them up into TV/cartoons/voices and so on, I'd like to have sections more like this:
*Sound effects
*Music
*Responses
*Statements
*Questions
if u get my drift
No, I didn't search before
posting. Don't bother asking.

RE: Preview of What's to Come
I just remembered something
No offense to your great idea patchou, but Windows XP already offers "Grouping Similar Task Buttons," so I would suggest you make the first release of this feature more than simple, otherwise it would be no better than what winxp already offers

but XP groups them in the task bar, all of them in the same button. The good thing with grouping like in Patchou's screen shot is that you have all them visible, you can switch between conversations with Ctrl + Tab, when you have few opened convos, you have only one button in the task bar (instead of 2 or 3 that (by default) XP puts (before joining them)), etc...
in short: the same advantgages as the browsers with tabbing support, like AvantBrowser, FireFox, Opera, etc...

Else it'll look like this eventually :/
Cool Patchou .. I think you could adopt this idea of having a Horizontal Scroll option and a vertical scroll option (for vertical have an option to select no of display lines/tabs
