I was wondering is there is a plug-in for moving display pictures. If so where can I get it?

How do you know that price?

If you mean you want to make Dynamic Display Pictures (that's how the animated DPs are called), this is impossible due to how these work. Read about it here. You can buy those at bluemontain (tools > change display picture..click link "make dynamic Display Picture").

If you mean like a slideshow have a look at Display Picture Manager.

Wow thanks! Sunshine I'll give it a go. When I tried the bluemoutain thing msn just kept crashing on me. I don't know why o_O;;

It might be the pictures did get there..it happend to me too. Another solution is to temp shut down msg plus! when you want to add them. You can do so by goin to taskmanager (ctrl alt del), on processestab scroll down and find task MsgPlus.exe, rightclick and select  "end process". Now when you're done you can start Plus! again by going into taskmanager again, in menu go to file > new task,  browse to where MsgPlus.exe is (C:\Program Files\MessengerPlus! 3) and doubleclick it.

Well, first of all, 199$ was a wrong price.
199$ is a normal certificate, while for MSN content, you need a Microsoft signed certificate.
I'm not sure how much this would be, but definately more
Furthermore they will let you sign a contract stating that you may not distribute content without charging for it, and a few other rules like that...
