how can I add a new button between Plus! button and MSN Today button???

i wouldn't know how but u'd have to reshack the msnmsgr.exe AFAIK....

well you could add a button that way but you would still need to subclass it to catch event from it.

You're more likely to get an answer from the MSNFanatic Forums as this has been discussed there many times before

You could use setparet api to put the button on the window, and then work out where to position it (which would be harder )

hmm.... I got it......... can I modify the MSN Today Button caption and function?? (example: MSN Today turns Visit my_web_site_name and then when someone clicks on it, a Internet Explorer window opens in my website address...)

Btw, on that it tells you how to change msn today to 'add contact' with the correct icons etc.  Not how to get it to open a site, And it does replace it. Not create a new one.

Im afraid you would have to figure that code out yourself....

WOW! That's exacly what I'm looking for!! tnks man, now I can keep going with my project without removing/editing MSN default buttons...

one last little thing, where I can find the icons ID (I'd like to choose another ones =D for my custom buttons)
