Hi, i was wondering, is it possible to post the info (artist, title, album and maybe even genre) of the song currently playing in Windows Media Player onto a webpage? I have the blogging plugin, but am not sure how to do it (if it is possilble). If it is can someone please help me in setting this up?

I spent ages a while ago trying to get this to work with no success, but i got quite far, but now i've forgotten everything i did.

I started from this page which shows you how to put the information into blogs http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/windowsm...son_03april17.mspx but not into webpages.

I'll have another look for the stuff i did later on and see if i can get it working.

I did have a look at that page last week, but it didnt help for posting the information into a webpage. I did a lot of googling on this topic, but all i could find was how to post the info in blogs

What you need to do is post the information in a text file, then use a PHP script to read the file and display the contents in the webpage.

Of course, you'll need a PHP-enabled server.
