I am currently running MSN Messenger 7.5.0160 and Plus! version 3.54.132. I am running XP Pro w/ SP2. The following features of Plus! do not work:

1. Colors in someone's name
   
2. all the tags ex. (!VER)
   
3. All of the sounds
   
4. Status changes
   
5. And others that i didn't see

Is messenger plus! not supposed to be compatible with messenger 7.5?

please understand messenger 7.5 is a private beta being run by microsoft, messenger plus is not usually made to be compatable with new msn messenger versions until it is either released to public beta or full release final version. therefore for the time being it is most likely that plus will not support 7.5

Aren't you supposed to not use MSNM 7.5?

To answer your question: current Plus! isn't programmed for MSNM 7.5
