Ok my friend had some icons he downloaded. well he had an exclamation point, question mark,and  a lol that glows...now when i im'ed me i could see them, and i also clicked on them and added them to my icon list. now everyone i talked to could see them, but one friend of mine cant. she has the msg plus but still cant see the new icons i have saved on my list...anyone know why she cant but everyone else can see them?

She could try clearing her Temporary Internet Files (from Internet Explorer => Tools => Options...; if I remember correctly). It could be a problem with the already saved emoticons.
