Messenger Discovery X has a notification when somebody deletes you, I thought it was kinda helpful because they gave you an option of deleting them yourself right away......
Blocking is a bit more complicated. Block checkers don't really work anymore because the way the protocol is now... There are a few the "work"... But aren't very reliable.
