Where does it log the open/closed windows? I can't see it in the 'event window' of Messenger Plus...

That's because with MSN, now that they have contact cards, everytime you look at one of them MSN automatically tries to get the display picture... which opens a connection with the contact... So the notifier thinks that's a conversation window opening, when really it was just the contact card.

...And whenever you sign in and your display picture is requested by your contact to be shown on the popup.

oh, c'mon it eats more memory than my emule, winamp, nod32!

is there a way of you reduce the memory usage?

The event window of Plus is for Plus only. Look in the settings of the OpenConvo Plugin to configure the log directory (and other options)
