What is your favourite, easy to use mp3 encoder, which can convert from wma.

It's for my friend who just wants a quick solution, so not a lot of features are need, and a nice GUI.

dBpowerAMP Music Converter is really good and really easy to get the hang of for new users. You may need to find an old version, the new version has a few licence problems after a few weeks or after a few uses, but the older versions (10 and below)

acuostica wave to mp3 converter....

it adds an option to the right click menu when you right click on a music file... so all you gotta do is click convert to mp3 or wav or wma...

it converts everyway between those 3 file extensions and u can select the quality, mono stereo, etc etc... simple to use aswell

I personally like both of those, although DBpoweramp is a slow process and a bit of a resource hog at times. Another good alternative that I have found is "4Musics Multiformat Converter" which you can trial for 15 days.

i use the wave editor that comes with nero6
