I would program a desktop contactlist, but not only particular niks on the desktop separate all online.
(it will be loking how adium X on Mac OS X)
Im programming in VB and I search an Example. Or exist already a nearly Plugin?
Or exist a German Forum for Plugin Programming?

Okay I understand you wish to create some sort of desktop contact list. You can use Messenger Plus! Show Contacts on desktop feature.

To do this:

Plus > Preferences > Contact List > Desktop Contacts >

You can choose whether you want them to hide if they are offline or not offline but using the combo box.

but they are not arranged, if anyone offline it has a hole....

you can rearrange them anywhere in the desktop you like
you can also make them appear irrespective of the contact being online or not, finally if you rightclick on the desktop contact you can lock its position from the menu that appers
