You could try closing and re-opening your account at Passport.net.
Maybe it'll reset something. (Search around for the 250MB Hotmail trick, as it explains how to do it, in case you don't know)
Edit: It doesn't delete your emails or contacts or whatever, so it's a safe try.
Edit 2: This is, of course, if you're desperate or this has been going on for a long while (not just 10 mins
).
