i also have this problem, quite annoying anyone know a fix?
Its not your firewall either because i dont use the windows one..

Go into the recieved files foler, right click on that file, click Properties, click Unblock and then you should be able to use it.

If you go to the file properties and click UNBLOCK.
Also exe files are no longer supported so you have to either Zip them , or get http://www.stuffplug.com (however it is not fully compatable with MSN 7.5)
