Ehy, I've just been editing a picture from this dance thing I did, And I was wondering how to put a glow effect into it, I use fireworks and photoshop, if its a plug-in i need just direct me to it, if i can do it with either of the programs already then can someone explain how.

This is the picture, I want the glow effect around my body.

Look for Glow Edges in your Filters. Should come with Adobe PS or PSE.

In Photoshop:

Layer > Layer Style > Outer Glow

Do that on the layer the body is on.
Unless you've got it all on one layer.. >.< Then you'd have to get rid of the black, and put the glow on, then put a black background on.

what kind of dancing do u do? break?

well if u want outer glow to the picture (to yourself in the pic) then copy the original layer, cut the image out by using the polygonal lasso tool or Filter>extract, then after you are done double click the layer (the cut out one) and there u can choose outer glow
You're still breathing? Why?
Get off the cross, the wood is needed.
