Hey guys

umm outlook and gmail were woking just perfect

until one day i got a 11mb message to my inbox

so outlook took a long time to download it !! and then gave me an error

so i deleted the message from my inbox , thinking that if i delete that, outlook will again download the rest of the messages successfly

but this didn't happen

my connection is good and all is workin fine except the gmail!

just goes to show ya, anything will Crash outhouse express .. but have you tried  installing Thunderbird an configuring it in there? , since i dont use outlook i dont really know those errors all that well,

is there anything in ur gmail account now if you actually go through the webpage an sign in that way?..

Yeah, I had that problem alot when I was on dialup. I can't remember what I had to do, but I'm pretty sure I always ended up deleting the email completely (not just moving it into the trash) using their webmail service. Try restarting outlook again too.

What does that mean? Is it good or bad? Have you solved the problem?

no sorry when i was replying ur post wasn't here!! so i think at same time u were replying so my reply to Animal was after yours,

If it isn't in your inbox, check your Spam/All Mail, if it's there, remove it, and to double check, remove it from the Trash too, ands try again

i'm doing that right now brian



Edit: hey everyone I did that but still same thing i removed my trach, and all the new inbox, and half the old messages !
