You probably have a different scheme from my school, our exams are done in modules, module 1 has a certain set of stuff to do, like numbers, when module 3 is something like data handling. The different modules are simply different subjects within maths, my guess is that module 2 will be something to do with graphs... :rolleyes:.

well thats gay as fuck if you can actually get an A* by doing Modules , why should i have had to do it all at once in two 1 1/2 hour exams when you get to do it over a hell of alot longer period

I thought that most schools did it like that, St. Benedict's has always done it like this afaik!

then again, ive been told we use a different one every year, and they have had to sit modules.

most exam boards have a modular option, and you can get the full spectrum of grades, but if you do the modular course, it will say "Mathmatics Modular".

imo, modular courses are an easy way out.

I did alright in my exams, not that good, not that bad, couple As,Bs,and Cs. Got an F in coursework for ICT rofl thats my own fault though! You can retake Gcse's in college though right?

I am doing ICT GNVQ, it is an amazing subject... :dodgy: </sarcasm>

It is a load of balls, and a dossing lesson, where we learn stuff we already know...

So we get 4 GCSE's for common sense.

Quite good right?
