Is this possible? I downloaded 7.5 on a different computer, and I set it up somehow that I recorded what my computer was playing, without a microphone. Does anyone know how to do this?

yeah, open Sound Volume Control (from the system tray or in the control panel) and select the menu OPTIONS and the propieties. Then select Recording radio button and then Stereo Mix.

Now select Stereo Mix in the volume controls and adjust the volume. After this, your computer will obtain sound signals from your own soundcard output.

Hey another question do you know how to stop this..

Ok I open up my volume control. And it dosen't have Stereo Mix.

So I change the thing's (I have 4 for some unkown reason) to the one that has Stereo Mix

Then I click ok, close the thing and when I go back to volume control  it goes back to the 1st screen.

Hmm, haven't experimented Realtek HD surround sound...

Can you post a screenshot of 'Realtek Audio Rear output'? To see the volume controls of this one....

I'm pretty sure there must be an option to obtain the sound from the soundcard.....

Also note: It could be named in another way.

When you press the "Recording" radio button, and then press okay, it should open the recording audio controls, like this:

Umm sorry, i was talking about the recording options of that device.
Also i was searching the web for your problem and what I've read it looks that it's not possible to record the output of your soundcard. I'll keep searching....

EDIT: But I'm very sleepy now, I'll go to sleep. I'll check tomorrow.

Recording isn't clickable.
