Hi

I've tried getting rid of those sponsorship ad's by de-installing it and they are still present.

Can you please tell me where they reside in the registry so that I can remove them.

They are a real pain.

DO NOT attempt to remove them manually or using a checker

Thanks for the link but I've already tried it. The installer/de-installer now reports that the sponsor application isn't installed but everything still is installed.

Any ideas of what else I can try?

Okay, you can try to install the sponser again, then follow the removal instructions in the thread.
