I signed onto messenger and an error message came up and said.... "MSN 7.5 beta is not supported, please upgrade to MSN 7.5 final".... does this mean that the final is released?

EDIT 2:... Yes I think it's true... MSN Messenger 7.5 final is released...

It means just what it says. The protocol has disallowed the beta from connecting to the server and forces the upgrade to the final version. Get it at http://messenger.msn.com

Well... the beta worked before I upgraded to final... So I wasn't sure.

If you go to the website that matty posted you can download the newest version from the official site... I reccommend that.

Yes.
Phoenix doesn't support Betas of MSN Messenger, mainly to avoid as many problems as possible. It also encourages people to upgrade to release versions for their own benefit.
After all, a Beta is not fit for full public release

MSN Messenger 7.5 Final has been released for over a month.
