O.P.    Incompatablilities, any queries post HERE
1/. this thread is for ANYONE with worries about incompatible computer parts, any questions post them here and they will be answered 
2/. im building my own comp and was wondering if i can use a case that says its ATX along with a PSU that says its ATX 2.0, i dont know if there is any difference,  any of you guys know if there is a difference between them?? anyone know if they are even compatible?? Please and thank-you!

Nope they won't work together - the difference between them (the psu) is the power rating and output. Just be sure that yur mobo is rated ATX 2.0 too.

I'd say no, but the mobo and case are compatible, u just need to find an ATX 1.3 psu and that'll solve that problem

No, it should be backward compatible. They say ATX 1.3 has a 20-pin connector and 2.0 has a 24-pin connector, but really it's a separate 4-pin connector that provides an extra 12V. 
As for whether the PSU actually fits the case, I'm almost certain it's the same too.
 
Edit: This is confusing, posting in 2 threads   
I'd reccomend you get the ATX12V (2.0) in case you buy a newer MB in the future.

 i'll juts stick with the ATX v 1.3 for now thanks, its cheaper for now, i doubt i'l be getting a new mb for a while, thanks guys an gals!!!

 DAMMIT!!! so you mean to tell me im getting a cruddy PSU for a few quid when i can get an uber one for future reference?? ah well... lol, more money for that uber-processor, hehe, thanks guys!!
