I'm sorry for being blunt here, but thats pretty bad.

You can't throw a bunch of things together in frontpage express and call it a website. Get a book on html and learn the hard way.

Alternatively, try downloading a website template

and/or get dreamweaver to make/edit a site

i still think you need to get rid of the dodgy wordart and clean your tables up if you're not using all the rows and columns

and lose the dodgy borders on the tables, they dont go well with the background, plus the buttons at the top dont work with the bg
