there are quite a few programs that do this, i use style xp wihhc is pretty good

I think so, go to ThemeXP.org to find themes and get the uxtheme.dll patch which u can get here.

Just drop the files u download from ThemeXP into yur "C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/" directory. U should then c them in the desktop properties dialog under the "appearance" tab. (u might need to reboot before they appear in there - i'm not sure)
