MSNM 7 "now playing" feature works with itunes aswell. If it's not working make sure the main screen (contactlist) is opened when you start playing a song.

I've read up elsewhere and this also seems to be an important setting: 
Tools > Options > General and check "Open Messenger main window when Messenger starts." If this is grayed out, enable "automaticly run Messenger when i log on to windows" (the option right above it) and you will see it won't be grayed out anymore. You can disable "automaticly run...." afterwards again.

its still doesnt work...is there any other  way?

is there an Option in Itunes Options Menu ?

Apparantly you need to set iTunes as the default player

Click  next to your personal message, and then click Turn on "What I'm Listening To".

The feature that shows song information works in conjunction with Microsoft Windows Media Player or your "default media player, and you may need to turn on the necessary components manually.
First, verify this feature is turned on in MSN Messenger:
In the main MSN Messenger window, on the Tools menu, click Options.
In the left pane, click Personal.
Under My Display Name, select the Show song information as a personal message check box.with a tic!( i know it says window media player but still tic it)
Click OK.

Start I tunes.
go to Edit in top right hand corner of screen
Go to general
and tick last three boxes on page, the connect ,check and use boxes.
then again press OK

start playing your songs..again make sure your messenger is turned on!
