Can anyone make me a Plug-In that can show MSN Notifications while playing a full screen game?

MSN Messenger already has that option..
Tools -> Options -> untick Show me as "Busy" and block my alerts when I'm running a full-screen program.

It's enabled by default. By unticking it you disable the option.. So it should do exactly what he wants. (The only thing is that it doesn't, but oh well.)

If I'm not mistaken he <b>Does Want</b> the msn alerts to show!
so doing as hazel said should work... Because a game is usually a full screen program.

Making the alerts shown by Phoenix will solve the problem, but how?
