There are many programs that can do this. Check out www.mess.be and their downloads section. There is a program called Toaster for Winamp that can do it if all you want to change is the positioning. You could also use Mess Patch or A-Patch, as well as using them to tweak many other things about Messenger. Just wander around through the site and you'll find plenty. You can also check through the MSG Plus! plugins page and you should be able to find something.
