That's not what M73A meant.

The plugin/addon/whatever he is talking about makes use of the Ink technology for sending full pictures (like InfoPen Pro), but without the need of InfoPren Pro or any other 3rd party stuff.

Once, as with many things, people said they will make it. But soon discovered it is too difficult for them to pull of (or even impossible to do all together) and thus, is left and not heared from again. This is exactly what happened with this particular idea.
