First of all, I'm sorry about my english ... it can not be very good.

Well, my problem is: Some months ago my Messenger was working normally, but I just noticed that I can never see when my contacts arrive on Messenger ... I could always see those little windows appearing with their nicknames in the inferior right corner when they arrived, but now I can't see them! ... I never know when they arrive because of that problem. It's really annoying! I uninstalled the Messenger and installed again, but it don't work ...
Can someone tell me how I can fix it?

Okay, go to Tools > Options > Alerts and Sounds, and make sure that "Display alerts when contacts come online" is checked.
