Ive heard in US you can have xbox live tab with friends list etc, is there any plugins or ways to get it in UK MSN?

Possibly. If you know the URL you can add it as a tab with stuffplug or tabserve.

Dont know the URL?
Use a packet scanner (eg ethereal) on a US msn to find it!

edit: there is a tab with Xbox but its just new info not your stats and friends list etc

You can see your friends list, you just have to click the "friends list" tab.

You see info by default, then just click on friends.
