no idea what might be causing this but traxor is my hoster for this and i use smartFTP to upload stuff. my computer recently wiped, and had to reinstall smart FTP. Ever since this happened, smartFTP keeps freezing when it says 'accepted data connection' 9 times out of 10. any idea whats causing this/how i can fix it??

yup, checked em, but that wouldnt apply anyway beacuse it works every ten or so tries, so it cant be my info... or could it?

ive just downloaded the newest version i could find, but ill try that version, see if it makes any difference

If that doesnt work I suggest you use cuteftp. In my opinion its better then smartftp.

Anyway i think its the information you put in, its probobly incorrect. Try to verify with traxor that the password is what you put on.. etc.

is cuteFTP free?
as for the info thing, i asked him for a file with my info on becasue i stored it on my computer that wiped, so traxor kindly sent me the copy of the info.
