Is there any single plug-in or stand alone (not bundled) Plus! plug-in for notifying when a contact has re-added you and also deleted you?

How do you mean re-added?

First, a contact adds you (usually first time, you get the notification from MSN), then the contact deletes you, and later they add you back... in this scenario, I just accept the first notification and don't delete or block that particular contact...
And when they add you back (while the contact is still on your list), you wouldn't get a notification whatsoever...

Does that explain more better?

Msn has this feature into it however i better way of checking is ListManger.

But it's a pity that it doesn't load the Contactgroups you made...
