heres what the error says,

The Messenger Plus! Hook couldn't be installed properly on this system. Please re-install the software.

So what can i do to install messenger plus?

clean your cache and download it again.

If you're using internet explorer, then go to:

Tools > Internet Options... and press "Delete files", then try downloading again.

If you're using Firefox, then go to:

Tools > Options > Privacy, and then press "Clear" on the Cache drop-down area.

And the same error returns. now what?

are you running any programs that could possibly restrict Messenger Plus! from hooking MSN Messenger? What version of MSN Messenger are you using by the way?

im using Version 7.0 and no i dont think i would be using any programs that would inhibit that.

Okay then, try downloading the latest MSN Messenger, then installing... Make sure you are on the admin account, and any anti-virus, anti-spyware isn't running.

ok, i just did all that and i still get the same error, Yes i am using the admin account, I turned off anti virus and anti spyware stuff.

I am honestly lost as to what the issue may be, never came across anything like this before.

I will email Patchou right now and see what he has to say about this entire thing.
