Hello everyone.........I am new to this forum.

I have a problem and need your help.

I  have been using msn messenger to have audio and video conversations with my family (we are currently living in two countries)for a while. I am using Widows xp and recently upgraded to msn messenger 7.5. My family is using Windows 2000 and msn messenger 7.0. Now we can not have video conversations because the two messenger versions are not compatible.

So, is there anything else I can do to solve this problem other than the two obvious options of either going back to version 7.0 myself or getting windows xp for my family??

Could somebody please give some advice??

They should be compatible, try reinstalling both versions of Msn Messenger.

lol i know that i'm talking about the video convosations, they should be compatible communcating with each other.

if ur still having problems just downgrade our msn back to 7.0 ...its still on the msn site for download.
