I just can't find the plugin that enables me to have multiple msn in my computer, I really need it and I'd appreciate if someone could tell me where I can find one... PLEASE!!!

There are a few ways to do it. You could use StuffPlug, A-Patch, or Mess Patch, at the very least. Since you said plugin specifically, that would most likely be StuffPlug, which you can either look up in the plugins section on the main page or check out the SP site at http://www.stuffplug.com
