okay.. so you guys may remember "some1 from CBC" writting me an e-mail and telling me that he wants my poems to be published on his site and everything..? then changed his mind to me making  a new site for CBC and become their official webmaster etc.?

well here's the latest mail I got from him :

See if he will allow you to contact other members (MSN screennames?) and talk to them privately to see if they really exist and are on board with the project. There are probably other steps that could be taken, I just can't think of them at the moment.

Just dont pay him any money or give your contact details out until you're reassured.

Well, the CBC is undergoing problems. They did just get back from lockout recently... so it could still be a real request.
as was mentioned above, don't give him any material until you are sure of who he is and what he's doing. Is the sending address a CBC domain? Also, why not phone up your local CBC station and see what they know, if this radio show really exists, and maybe go in a back door to see if this guy's real.

You can PM me some more info if you want, and I could call up CBC here in Hali if you want. I've dealt with one group before through my school, and seem really helpful


And as for a server, CBC has their own, so I have no idea of why they would need their own...

I agree dont pay him any money or tell him any details about you, it sounds like a trap. Also add those people on msn and talk to them and ask them stuff see if there real.

I agree, but probably for a different reason than shawnz said that.

CBC is a large company, when looking for design they don't just go to ONE person. They go to an entire team, and a well known one at that. It is a huge site, and designing a site like that takes alot of time, dedication and knowledge (and you can't say you've been designing company/corporate/business sites long enough to know how to effectively do that).

just DONT give him any of your important info, he might be phishing
