i installed the messenger plus, but how come my msn theme or explorer theme doesnt change around the borders of messenger??????

Plus! doesn't change the themes. You need to set windows to change themes. To do that rightclick on your desktop and choose "properties"..go to appearance (tab)...in second dropdown box you can set the colour to silver (to get the one you want). Taskbar etc. will be silver coloured aswell.

I think you're getting screenshots confused. To change from blue to silver is actually part of Windows XP itself. Right-click the desktop and select Properties, then go to the Appearence tab. Change 'Colour scheme' from Blue to Silver, and hit Apply
