O.P. Huh?  Spyware & Trojans in Messenger Plus?
It seems that the Messenger Plus! program has an embedded "sponsor program" that will wreck havoc inside your computer (LOP.COM Trojan). I like your program. I am very sorry to hear that you have partnered with an advertising company that is known to produce and distribute Trojans and Spyware. It would seem that you could find a reputable company with which to partner. The research on the internet about this company is overwhelming.

Why not look for a new association?

Cheers,

Remember, the sponsor is optional.
Finish the problem

That's been suggested several times in the past. The sponsor is actually heavily modified from the origional lop.com program, but people seem to jump on the name.

Also, there are sometimes problems with the uninstallation if you aren't running in safe mode. Occasionally, the sponsor causes a hanging invisible IEXPLORE.EXE which means even if you close every Internet Explorer window it still might not uninstall. This is usually the cause for all the "I TRIED BUT IT STILL DOESNT UNINSTALL" complaints in my experience.
