O.P. about POP3 e-mail checker
Everytime when I click the message displyed by POP3 e-mail checker, it always starts my default email client, but what I really want  is to start the web brower and go to the web page of my email account provider (http://gmail.google.com, for example). Is there any way to make the setting so as to meet my need ?

yes you can

in the pop3 tab click more options and then type in what you want it to open (http://www.mail.google.com) and it will open the web page in your default browser :)

Make sure you've set everything right in Msg Plus! and don't forget you need to enable it in your Gmail account aswell (Settings > Forwarding and POP).
